How your order will be delivered…

Having learned from past experience, we do NOT use mainstream, national couriers for the majority of our items. We are lucky enough to have a specialist furniture Delivery company as a sister company. This means your items are delivered to your house by a team of trained furniture delivery professionals.

Our team will deliver at your doorstep, If you want goods inside your room the crew will charge £20 more and for upstairs £20 more. 


Assembly of Goods…

We offer product assembly as an additional service. If you would like to take advantage of this service please additional cost of “£20 more and for upstairs £20 more”. 


How to Assemble Divan Bed?..

Instructions

Please can you find the 2 staples marked on the back like this
And feel the holes with your finger. Once located please tear into the fabric and attach the wooden legs to the headboard

Once the wooden sticks are attached to the headboard 
Slide them down the two large screws in the base and then tighten the large screws once the headboard has reached your desired height

Delivery Time?…

It will arrive between 10am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we cannot give an exact estimate due to unpredictability such as traffic conditions. But our courier will call you an hour before to confirm drop off.

How often do we deliver?…

Deliveries are carried out 7 days a week. We may choose to exclude some bank holidays and public holidays from this schedule.

 

Important Delivery Information….

All deliveries are made to the room of choice in the designated delivery address only. If you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery crew will only go as far as the 3rd floor unless there is a lift or automatic way of access to your floor.


Assembly of Goods…

We offer product assembly as an additional service. If you would like to take advantage of this service please speak to one of our How Beds Experts to learn about the process and additional cost.

 

When Accepting your Delivery…

Our Delivery Crews will deliver your goods to the room of choice. If the product is in good order you are required to sign the Delivery Crews Proof of Delivery. If the product is severely damaged please mark Proof of Delivery as “Damaged” and refuse goods. If the damage is minimal and you are willing to accept a compensation amount please sign Proof of Delivery as “Damaged Received”.
 

 

Damage in Transit…

If your furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer’s defect you must inform our How Beds Experts within 24 hours of receiving the goods by telephone or email at howbeds@gmail.com.

 

Missing Items…

If any items you have ordered are missing from your delivery, you must inform our How Beds Experts within 24 hours of receiving the goods via telephone or email at howbeds@gmail.com.

 

 

We Strongly Recommend…

Sometimes situations arise with deliveries being delayed which are beyond our control. Therefore we strongly recommend that you do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until you have received your new items and the new items have been checked for damage.

 

To Prevent Credit Card Fraud…

How Beds (or any of its representatives) reserves the right to refuse or seek confirmation in the form of I.D. from the cardholder, So we do only Cash on Delivery.
